The agency recently coordinated an appearance on CTV Morning Live Winnipeg for non-profit client, Agape Table to help build awareness for the innovative work they provide to the community, and as a means to help drive donations during the holiday season.
With seven live segments scheduled over the course of two and a half hours, a lot of planning was required in advance. The agency worked with the client to determine interviewees, develop key messages and talking points, and establish a variety of visual elements. The agency also worked closely with CTV to ensure compelling and visual stories, personalities and shots were coordinated ahead of time.
On the day, the agency was on hand to oversee the live segments and meet the needs of our client and their guests.
The client was extremely happy with the segments, which resulted in nearly 20 minutes of live TV coverage during morning prime time.
