Just about every employee at McKim has a diverse set of responsibilities, but none quite so diverse as those of Paul Duque. As operations manager, Paul assists with invoicing, accounts receivables and office management. He also schedules traffic flow through our creative department, assembles estimates, prepares purchase orders and strengthens the agency’s relationships with suppliers. Before coming to the agency this past summer, Paul spent seven years in the Winnipeg Goldeyes’ marketing/promotional department and a number of years at various ad agencies. Paul loves to watch soccer and his seemingly calm, composed demeanor masks his fervent Chelsea F.C. hooligan status. He’s also a runner.
Caitlin is the agency’s newest graphic designer, but we prefer to call her a Production Superstar. After completing Red River College’s two-year Graphic Design program, Caitlin came to the agency for a work placement and summer internship. In August, she accepted a full-time position. While production was Caitlin’s favourite course in school, she admits, “I never thought the last step of the creative process would be the one that got me a job.” Outside of work, Caitlin loves to play trumpet and spends her weekends taking in live music.
