McKim Cringan George, Winnipeg’s foremost full-service advertising agency, is looking to secure relationships with excellent freelance proofreaders for both English and French language materials.
You have an impeccable grasp of spelling, grammar, syntax and semantics as well as a keen eye for graphic design and typography conventions. An advertising background is an asset, your ability to confer with writers and graphic designers will make you most successful in this endeavour. Over time, you will need to develop a solid knowledge of the unique needs of our varied clients.
You are available at the drop of a hat and able turn things around at the speed of light. You also work on larger, multi-page projects at a more reasonable pace. Most importantly, you understand that perfection is the only option.
