Variety, The Children’s Charity of Manitoba provides an array of services that directly transform the lives of children with special needs. Because of the scope of the organization and its long history, stakeholders and donors needed to be reminded that Variety is fundamental to the lives of countless children, and critical to community initiatives. The agency developed a positioning strategy to be the stepping off point for a campaign. Radio, print and online ads were created to be activated at specific times of the year, while a refreshed homepage permanently houses new messaging and creative.
